Sandy Godina

Sandy Godina is a former attorney who received her law degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1997.  She was introduced to Pilates while practicing law and enjoyed it so much that she changed careers.  Sandy received her certification from Romana’s Pilates, where she trained with Joseph Pilates’ world-renowned protégé, Romana Kryzanowska, and master instructor Sari Mejia Santos.

During her apprenticeship at Romana’s Pilates, Sandy completed over 700 hours of observation, instruction and testing, including three practical and two written exams.  Because people come from all over the world to study at Romana’s Pilates, she had the unique experience of studying with apprentices from various countries, including Japan, Germany, France, England, Italy, Iceland, Bermuda, Chile, New Zealand and Australia.

Sandy has taught students of various ages (from 9 to 90) and skill levels (beginner, advanced and in-between).  She also has experience teaching students with different injuries.  She believes that everyone’s body, from the beginner to the advanced student, is a work in progress, and she enjoys challenging her clients to exceed their own expectations.

Karina Klein

Karina studied at both Power Pilates and Core Pilates in New York City, earning her certification in 2011. She loves teaching both private and group classes, and she is adept at working with clients of all skill levels. She has a lifelong love of fitness, and not a day goes by for her without Pilates — whether it involves teaching clients or enjoying her own workout. She is grateful to be able to share this amazing practice with all of her clients.

Samantha Zirkel

Samantha began her training at Power Pilates in 2011 and subsequently embarked on her teaching career. She is fascinated by anatomy and loves that Pilates truly is for everyone, regardless of injury, age or fitness level. Her favorite thing about teaching Pilates is the connection she makes with her students and giving each one a safe, effective and fun workout. She finds helping clients learn about their bodies and become happier and healthier through Pilates very rewarding.
